RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Terms & Conditions:
- The product should be purchased only from SHERRY website and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
- For reasons mainly hygiene SHERRY Bras & Panties cannot be returned. However if there are size issues or any manufacturing defect – only then the Company may consider taking the product back
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and product packaging intact
- There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the products which caused by customer.
- Return charges borne by customers.
- Return request should be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
The customer’s return request will be declined if the item is used; damaged or original tags are missing. For more details, please contact our customer care.
