Returns Policy
To return any items that are discovered damaged or not as per your original order or the size does not fit properly, please contact customer service by email at sherrylingeriedigital@gmail.com. However, panties will not be exchanged by Sherry in any cases except if the product is discovered damaged or not as per your original order.
The company shall decide whether the Product shall be replaced or not and the same shall be communicated to you. All defective Products which are not as per order must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return authorization number. Please note that Products shall be in a saleable condition, unused with the product tags, correct and same brand products shall be sent through a proper packaging to us.
Please allow 7 days from the day we receive the product for your request to be processed. You will be communicated once your return is accepted/rejected. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Some special rules for promotional offers may override this Policy. In all the cases, company’s decision to replace the product shall be final and binding on you.
Customer can return the product 7 days from the day the order is delivered. All items must be in sealed packages or unused and no returned merchandise will be accepted unless it is unused, and in resell able condition. Due to the intimate nature of lingerie we cannot accept return of panties or worn or washed garments.
Order cancellations will only be accepted before the order has been dispatched. No cancellations will be processed once the order is in transit status.
Refund Policy:
Refund shall be given in case of return of products in case of defective products/products not as per the original order or non-processing of order due to technical errors or cancellation of order.

Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 working days from the day we receive the products in their original condition along with tags, following the quality check process
In the event of returning an incorrect item/product that does not match the originally delivered item/product, a charge of Rs. 300/- will be deducted to cover shipping and handling expenses.
If any complimentary product(s) are included in the order, the entire product order must be returned for a refund; otherwise, the MRP of the complimentary product will be deducted from the refund amount.
